Shipping 

All orders ship from our studio in Hamilton, ON, Canada. We offer flat rate shipping of $9 to anywhere in Canada and the U.S.A. 

We ship using Canada Post for Canadian orders, and USPS for orders to the U.S.A 

We currently only ship within Canada and the United States, but are working on a solution to provide cost-effective international shipping. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, don't hesitate to contact us and we will make suitable arrangements.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available upon request.

Local Pick-Up

Local orders can be picked up in Hamilton, ON, Canada. Our studio is located in a historic building known as the The Cotton Factory at 270 Sherman Ave North. Simply choose “Local Pick-Up” as your shipping option and we will send you a notification when your order is ready. It typically takes a maximum of 3 business days. We always love meeting our customers, so if you live locally or are visiting, please don’t hesitate to choose the local pick-up option. You will get to see where your soap is made too!

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the small batch and personal nature of our products, we don’t accept any returns or exchanges.

We are committed to making products that you will love to use, but understand if you are unhappy with your purchase. Therefore, if there is any problem with your order whatsoever, please do not hesitate to let us know at info@altrsoaps.com. If there is any damage or discrepancy with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it.  We promise to find a solution and make sure that your experience with ALTR is 100% positive!
